Dr. Cari Miller

Subject matter expert in AI risk management and organizational governance practices, a certified change manager, and an experienced corporate strategist. Cari is the Executive Director and Board Chair at the AI Procurement Lab and Head of AI Governance at the Center for Inclusive Change. She delivers AI training programs, procurement guidance, readiness assessments, workforce transformation strategies, and AI policy analysis to private and public sector organizations. Cari is also a certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead AI auditor and was recently the Vice Chair of the IEEE 3119:2025 Standard for the Procurement of AI.
